Birthday Girl

It is hard to believe that this little one is 2 years old.  She is the light of our lives and enjoys teasing her big sister.  This year she was spoiled with 3 different parties.  The first was with the Meyers side of the family on Sunday August 14th.  Aunt Audrey and Uncle David (who was visiting from Texas) cooked up a mean pulled pork dinner with all the fixins.  Rick and Ambur were awesome hosts for the family party.  The kids ran around and did their thing while the adults were able to visit.  Paige got many fun gifts, thanks everyone!  She couldn't get into her ladybug cake fast enough either could her cousins.  Then on her actual birthday August 16th, we took her to dinner at the Olive Garden with Grandma Call to help us celebrate.  She even got her birthday drink of daddy's coke that kept her grinning from ear to ear.  She loves when daddy shares his drink with her!  Then on Sunday August 21st we celebrated again with the Call side of the family.  Again the kids all ran around and the adults were able to chat it up.  The food was yummy and the cake was once again delish, but then I am a little bias since I made it.  Thanks to Aunt Celeste for helping me decorate our little butterfly cake.  Paige got more amazing presents from the family and we could be more appreciative for them.

At her 2 year check up she has once again proven that she is a tiny girl.  She weighed in at 24.5 pounds (20%) and is 32 1/4 inches (10%) tall.  My sister keeps joking that if she doesn't start to get taller that she will eventually be declared a midget.  We've got a few years before that will happen so let's hope and pray she hits a growth spurt.  HAPPY 2ND BIRTHDAY PAIGE!  WE LOVE YOU!!
