Santa Found Our House

Savanna has been so excited for Christmas.  As we've had family parties and some presents have been opened, the excitement grew more and more in this sweet 5 year old.  On Christmas Eve we had dinner with Pa and Marilyn at our house.  They brought the girls some very nice presents and Savanna couldn't wait to start coloring in her new princess jumbo coloring book.  Paige enjoyed dancing to the music on her toy.  Before bed time we had several things to get done.  First we had to go out and spread the reindeer food so they would know where to land.  Then we had to hang Santa's magic key on the doorknob so that he could come in to leave presents.  Lastly we sat and listened as daddy read The Night Before Christmas.  Savanna was then off to bed as fast as she could go.  Paige also fell asleep quiet quickly which is not normal.  As you'll be able to see in the pictures Santa did indeed find our house.  Savanna received a nintendo DS that she wanted but never put on any of her wish lists.  She was so excited as she opened this present that tears came to her eyes.  She got the game crafting mama to go along with the ds.  She also received Tinkerbell and the Great Fairy Rescue movie. clothes, a sleep mask and a stencil book.  Paige got a fun purse, a new mircophone, clothes and a Looney Toons dvd, a magno doodle.  Both girls got a new book, connect 4, and Beauty and the Beast dvd.  Santa was extra nice to mommy this year bring me a new computer with a wireless mouse and Bose speakers.  The girls gave me a new kitchen faucet, and a new calendar.  Santa brought Steve a new Ipod docking station, and some clothes.  He also got a Kid Rock cd and some ammo.

After opening presents at our house we got ready and headed down to Rick and Ambur's house for brunch and more presents.  Many great items were received and fun was had by all the cousins.  Grandma and Grandpa Call's house was the next stop to make.  The girls and I received matching aprons in addition to a Cinderell baby doll for Paige and money for Savanna and I.  Steve received a remote controled car and money this year.  It was fun to watch out the front window as he was outside seeing all the fun things his car can do.  The rest of the evening was spent watching sports and playing card games with family.  We had a wonderful Christmas even without the snow.  Hope you all had a wonderful Christmas as well.
