LOOKIE WHO'S HAD A BIRTHDAY!

Our sweet little Paige turned 1 yesterday.  She woke up so happy and was so excited all day long for her party.  Savanna too was excited for Paige.  She kept going around the house chanting, "my sister turned 1 today, hurray Paige".  It was too cute!  We celebrated her birthday with a family party, many aunts, uncles, cousins, and of course grandma's and grandpa were there to help this little one have fun.  She was spoiled with presents...lots of toys and clothes to be worn.  She had fun with her cake and by the end of the night was all tuckered out.  However, that sugar high was not fun at 2:45 am when she decided that she needed to be awake and watching tv.  I had fun decorating her cake and all the yummy cupcakes that everyone got to enjoy.  You may ask why does Teresa always refer to Paige as the little one.  Well today at her year check up may explain why.  Weight 17 lbs 10 oz. 5% for her age.  Height 27 1/4 inches also 5% for her age.  She is our little munchkin and we love every single bit of her.  Her smile is heartbreaking, her laugh makes us all laugh.  She is trying to take steps on her own (4 so far).  She says "duck" "quack quack" "dog" "woof", "mama, dada, nana".  It is so fun to watch her dance and to watch her grow.  My favorite has to be the relationship that she has developed with her big sister.  She loves to play in Savanna's room and to follow her all over the house.  Paige is a great little sister for Savanna and she can't wait for Paige to get more mobile so they can chase each other more.   We are so blessed to have this little one in our family.
